Registration Competition Day, May 11, 2024
We would like to invite you to attend the Opening Show of the Hat Competition and the drinks afterwards on May 11, 2024. Pre-registration is required. This allows the organization to make an estimate of the number of visitors to the show and the drinks. In addition, you can visit the park of Castle Gardens Arcen in the morning, free of charge (for participants in the competition) or with a discount (for guests).

The show takes place in the castle itself, as well as the drinks. Afterwards, you can visit the double exhibition of the Competition Hats and the Botanical Watercolours by Janneke Brinkman-Salentijn, on the 1st floor in the North and South wings of the castle.
Reception: between 1.00 and 1.30 pm. Show starts at 1.45 pm
End: 5.00 pm
Deelnemers aan de Hoedenwedstrijd betalen geen entree voor de Openingsshow en de borrel. Ook kunnen zij tussen 10.00 en 13.00 uur gratis de Kasteeltuinen bezoeken. (Normale entreeprijs 19,95 € online of 22,00 € aan de kassa.)
Niet deelnemers en introducé(e)s separaat opgeven graag.
Participants in the Hat Competition do not pay an entrance fee for the Opening Show and the drinks. In addition, they have free entrance to the Castle Gardens between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm. (Normal entrance fee 19.95 € online, or 22.00 € at the box office.)

Niet deelnemers aan de wedstrijd (leden zowel als niet-leden) betalen 17,50 € voor de Openingsshow en aansluitende borrel van de NHV. Tevens kunnen zij tussen 10.00 en 13.00 uur de Kasteeltuinen bezoeken tegen gereduceerd tarief (16,00 € i.p.v.19,95 € online of 22,00 € aan de kassa). De entreeprijs voor de tuinen zit niet inbegrepen bij het tarief voor de Openingsshow, maar moet apart worden afgerekend bij de ingang van Kasteeltuinen Arcen. Namen worden gecontroleerd.

Non-participants in the competition (members as well as non-members) pay € 17.50 for the Opening Show and subsequent drinks of the NHV. In addition, they can visit the Castle Gardens between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm at a reduced rate (16.00 € instead of 19.95 € online or 22.00 € at the box office). The entrance fee for the gardens is not included in the fee for the Opening Show, but must be paid separately at the entrance of Castle Gardens Arcen. Visitors names will be checked.
